The shipping costs are € 4.95 within the Netherlands. For shipping to other countries within the European Union, we charge € 5.95 shipping costs. Unfortunately, shipping outside the EU is not yet possible.
This is possible within 14 days, provided the packaging is unopened. This is because the packaging contains a personal access code. If your personal code has already been used, we unfortunately cannot refund the purchase amount. Isn’t that the case? Then you will receive your purchase amount back on your account. We do not reimburse any shipping costs.
Contact service@kajitabeer.com and we will send you a refund form as soon as possible.
Ordered today before noon, means that your order will be shipped today. If you order your Kajita Beer later, it will be shipped the next day.

HOW DOES IT WORK
You will only find this out by opening the gift box and scanning the QR code on the back of your bottle. Then enter the personal code that is on your card. Start the video and your Kajita model will be revealed.
This differs per phone.
iPhone: Open your camera and aim at the QR code. Your phone will automatically scan the code and direct you to the corresponding web page.
Android: first install a QR code scanner app. The app will ask you to access your camera. Then point your camera at the QR code and the underlying web page will appear.
After scanning the QR code, we ask you to enter your personal access code. You can find this code on the card in the gift box.
That isn’t supposed to happen! You can contact us at service@kajitabeer.com and we will find a solution together with you.
In that case we cannot do anything for you. You can of course buy a new Kajita beer via our website or at your local liquor store.
